Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. Terms of service governing codebase licenses, cloud maintenance agreements, and user SLAs.

1. Service Engagement & Scopes

All custom software development, API design models, and database migration tasks are defined under separate, contract-specific statements of work (SOW). Accrume delivers source assets and holds deployment rights according to SOW terms.

2. Codebase Licenses & Ownership

Upon final settlement of project payments, primary ownership of the bespoke source codes, database structures, and assets is transferred to the client, excluding pre-built modular components or proprietary Accrume software engines licensed separately.

3. SLA & System Maintenance

Post-delivery architecture updates, database monitoring, and server patches are managed based on the active SLA package chosen. Accrume does not guarantee uptime for outages stemming from external cloud providers (e.g. AWS or Azure core failures).

4. Limits of Liability

Accrume is not liable for data loss, revenue drops, or security breaches resulting from client modification of server rules, API exposure keys, or database credentials.
